I'm not saying I am morally opposed to attacking England. I just think it's
hard for Germany to get in with a "surprise" at the beginning for a piece of
the Shepherd's Pie. I suspect the best chance for getting at England is
taking continental centers to keep them from building, and sailing over to the
mainland at your leisure. Sneaking in in '01 or bashing at the gates just
seems quite difficult.

So, let's see. Eighteen. Home centers + Lowlands + England + France + Iberia
+ Scandinavia + STP + WAR + MOS. I'm not much interested in this calculation,
frankly. Obviously if I'm walled out of Iberia or something then I push for
Vienna and Venice. Or Moscow and Warsaw could be more difficult then Tunis
and Rome.

Anyway, there are my eighteen, I think. I will look at some of the resources
you suggested on E/G openings, and on the Centrifuge.

I have questions about opening press, but perhaps those should wait until my
research is finished.

p.s. I have now several times used my generic password and not our unique one.
I will try to stop this habit before it gets us in trouble.
