Actually, what the hell.

I'm turning partial press on - but *please* don't send press to anyone
except yourself until I give the go ahead. This is in order to allow
pre-game coach-player messages to be captured automatically... I'd
appreciate if any such messages have been sent, that they get resent
through the judge, so they archived just like all the other messages are
being.
