----- Full comment set:

This game is the third in the series of "TeachMe" games, a series of standard
partial press games where each power is played by a relative newbie, each
accompanied by an experienced coach that sees all the press that is being sent
to and from that newbie, with the coach being only allowed to communicate with
their own power.

The intent is to provide a learning experience for all concerned (often the
best way to learn something is to teach it, and for the newbies, this is a
golden chance to learn from a previously experienced player), and to have a
vast volume of archived press that will be available after the game completes
for the rest of the world to read and learn from as well.

Deadlines are slightly longer than the usual, to allow for time for
coaches and players to communicate with each other before moves and
press go out. Players and coaches are encouraged to use SET ABSENCE
ahead of time to request deadline extensions - send 'GET absence' to
the judge to find out how.

This game is set to disallow observer press - if you wish to comment on the
game in progress, you are encouraged to go to:

http://tertius.net.au/mailman/listinfo/teachme3-obs

and join that mailing list. That list will receive all the press that a
normally signed on observer does, and all messages to that list are archived.
Players and coaches, of course, are on their honour not to sign on to that
mailing list.

Initially the setting is nopress, I will change this to 'white/grey partial
nofake' once we have seven players on board and the coaches added.

Oh, and my GM house rules, which *do* apply to this game (except where
obviously contradicted by anything above) are at:
